26-year-old Victor Cruz was arrested and charged with felony heroin possession with intent to sell after he was caught attempting to sell 2 kilos of heroin. Cruz has been the subject of an ongoing investigation of a drug trafficking outfit.
On October 28, according to an affidavit, Victor Cruz met with an individual on Murfreesboro Road for an arranged sale of 2 kilograms of heroin.
After meeting, the pair moved to another location on Dover Glen Drive where Cruz entered the other person’s vehicle with a bag containing 2 kilos of heroin. Officers have been investigating Cruz in connection to a drug trafficking organization.
Victor Cruz was arrested and charged with possession and intent to sell heroin. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
