23-year-old Adam Wells was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he attacked his ex, smacked her with his handgun, and then pointed the same gun at another person in the room.
On September 30th, Lakendra Williams returned home with Armani Granderson where they found her ex-boyfriend, Adam Wells, waiting for her.
Wells began to assault Lakendra, smacking her in the head with his handgun. She then fled the residence to contact the police. Once Lakendra left, Wells hit Armani with his fists and pointed the handgun towards them. Wells fled the scene before police arrived. A warrant was then issued for his arrest.
On October 13th, Adam Wells was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
