36-year-old Justin Hardy was charged with theft of property and domestic assault after pushing his fiancée and taking her wallet.
On October 16th, Justin Hardy and his fiancée, Melissa Louati, got a room at Apple Annie Inn, located at 1333 Dickerson Pike.
Louati stated Hardy became angry and pushed her onto the bed and jumped on her. She believed during their altercation Hardy at some point took her wallet, containing her license and about $500.
Justin Hardy was charged with theft of property and domestic assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
