25-year-old Troy Kington was charged with assault with bodily injury after picking up a toolbox and pushing it off a table, striking an LPN in the leg.
On September 28th, Troy Kington was called into an office for misbehaving at his group home. Edna Iyere, stated that they were sitting at a table when Kington became irate and threw a coloring book on the ground.
As he yelled, he picked up a small toolbox and pushed it off the table, striking her in the leg. Iyere states there was a witness to the event.
Troy Kington was charged with assault-bodily injury. His bond was set at $500. Charges have since been dropped.
