28-year-old John Philippe was charged with burglary when he attempted to conceal and steal items from Walmart after having been trespassed once before.
On October 12th, a loss prevention worker at Walmart witnessed John Philippe attempting to conceal $187.47 worth of merchandise.
John Philippe walked past all lines of sale, then was stopped and held until Metro Nashville Police arrived. Walmart had a valid trespass waiver on file for Philippe and he had been told not to return. Philippe admitted to trying to conceal and steal merchandise from Walmart.
John Philippe was arrested and charged with burglary. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
