19-year-old Jamari Lee was charged with aggravated assault and violation of an order of protection when a woman who has an active order of protection against Lee called and told police that he hit her and scratched her face.
On September 22nd, Keanna Otey spoke to Metro Nashville Police Officers about being assaulted by Jamari Lee. She stated that he struck her in the face then held her by her neck against the wall.
Reportedly the officers noted that Otey did have a cut under her left eye. On August 16th, of this year an order of protection was put into place in Davidson County against Lee from Otey.
Jamari Lee was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and violation of an order of protection. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
