23-year-old Allie Allen was charged with public indecency after she was found sitting on a Broadway sidewalk topless. When an officer told her to put her shirt back on, she removed it again five minutes later.
On August 1st, Metro Nashville officers were flagged down by citizens on Broadway Street and 2nd Avenue North and were told that a woman, later identified as Allie Allen, was sitting on the sidewalk with no shirt or bra on.
When the officer approached Allen, he found her sitting on her shirt with her breasts exposed. She put her shirt on after being told to, but while he went to his patrol car to check for warrants, not even five minutes later she had taken her shirt off again. The officer reported that Allen had 11 FTAs and 2 FTBs in the past five years, so she did not qualify for a state citation.
Allie Allen was arrested and charged with public indecency. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
