33-year-old Paige Walters was charged with domestic assault when she attacked her housemate because he did not have any more cigarettes.
On August 23rd, officers responded to a domestic dispute at 2509 White Avenue. When officers arrived they made contact with Charles Plunkett. Officers observed visible scratches all over Plunkett’s body. Plunkett told police he had been out of the house all day and came back to it being torn apart by Paige Walters.
Plunkett also told police when he arrived home he saw Walters stash a bottle of liquor then approached him for a cigarette. He told Walters he did not have one and she became irate and attacked Plunkett causing visible wounds on his body and breaking a necklace off of his neck.
Paige Walters was arrested and charged with domestic assault causing bodily harm. Her bond was set at $1,500.
