54-year-old Lynetta Stewart was charged with indecent exposure after screaming obscenities and throwing cigarettes at protesters while completely topless.
On August 12th, officers responded to a call about a woman who was topless in public and throwing cigarettes at protesters. Officers located the woman, Lynetta Stewart at 2nd Avenue North and Commerce Street, still topless and belligerent.
She was screaming profanities at others as well as talking to herself. Officers attempted to help her by offering transport to the Mental Health Co-Op, but Stewart declined. Officers arrested her, covered her with a poncho, and transported her to booking as a Jane Doe because she refused to divulge her identity.
Lynetta Stewart was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. Her bond was set at $1,000.
