58-year-old Marty Waynick was charged with burglary and theft of property after another attempt was made to steal nearly $67 worth of meat from his local Kroger, where he was banned for past thefts.
On August 5th, Marty Waynick was caught shoplifting from Kroger at 3410 Gallatin Pike. He had $66.97 worth of meat stuffed in his jacket which he had not paid for.
Waynick admitted to the thievery after he was read his rights. He had also previously been banned from this Kroger in 2017. Waynick has been caught pillaging from 9 other Kroger locations in the area.
Marty Waynick was arrested and charged with burglary and theft of property. His bond was set at $2,000.
