26-year-old Dewey Adams was charged with theft after he swiped a pistol from the hands of an unsuspecting man and later sold it for $100.
On July 30th, Ronnie Farmer was walking out of his Charter Village apartment to put his Luger 9 mm pistol in his vehicle.
Dewey Adams saw the pistol, grabbed it from Farmer’s hand, and ran away. Adams later sold the pistol to someone else for $100.
On August 13th, Dewey Adams was arrested and charged with theft of property. His bond was set at $1,000.
