Man smashes girlfriend’s car with steel pipe because she wanted to return it

24-year-old Arnold Hernandez was charged with vandalism after he bashed the windows of his girlfriend’s car with a steel pipe because she wanted to return it to the dealership.

On August 13th, police arrived at 253 Tulip Hill Drive in response to a domestic dispute. Selena Espinoza told authorities that she and her boyfriend were in an argument about returning her car to the dealership. In the midst of the argument, Arnold Hernadez told Espinoza to collect her things and leave.

Reportedly, while Espinoza was gathering her things Hernandez walked outside, grabbed a steel pipe, and began to destroy the car she paid for. Hernandez caused over $1,000 in damage and he admitted to the destruction to the police.

Arnold Hernandez was arrested and charged with vandalism. His bond was set at $3,500.
