Goodman was then confronted about the situation, beginning to scream in anger. Kauer was shoved in the chest by Goodman and was nearly hit by a bowl of cereal. The assault was not Goodman’s first offense in the household, of which Kauer stated to be “tired of being put in fear by her,” per the affidavit. Roommate and eyewitness Alvin Goodman confirmed that Kauer did not touch Goodman in any way and that she seemed “very aggressive”.

Lisa Goodman was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $3,500.
