Nashville’s Fittest Man passes out behind the wheel, vomits on self in Belle Meade

23-year-old Harold “Hal” P. Fisher was charged with driving under the influence after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a truck on Chickering Lane in Belle Meade.

On May 20th, the residents at 1223 Chickering Lane called the Metro Nashville Police Department about a truck stopped in the road with flashers on. At 3:56 a.m., Officers Roark and Parrish of the Belle Meade Police Department found Nashville’s Fittest Man, as named by Nashville Fit Magazine in 2019, passed out behind the wheel.

The Trevecca pre-med student had no shirt on and his lap was covered with vomit. They shut his off vehicle and woke him up. Fisher failed the field sobriety tests and blew a 0.18 BAC — over twice the limit for Tennessee drivers.

Harold P. Fisher was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
