Man charged with pawning TV from furnished apartment.

In the ‘that doesn’t belong to you’ department, Dustin Gordan was arrested this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with pawning a $1200 television from a furnished apartment he rented.

Dustin Gordon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 14th, charged with felony theft. According to an arrest warrant narrative, Gordan has rented a furnished apartment unit on Connelly Drive in Nashville and later pawned a $1200 Sony television for cash. Assorted power tools were also reported missing from the property.

The television was located at a pawnshop on Ft. Campbell Blvd. in Clarksville, TN, where he used his own identification to make the pawn, for which he received $105.
