Brownlee was taken into custody after an electronic device belonging to one of the victims emitted a signal in the vicinity of Brownlee’s Lanier Drive home.  Officers subsequently discovered the car in his backyard.  Brownlee was home and had the keys to the car in his pocket.  The victims’ computer equipment was apparently sold to an electronics repair store nearby.
