Two weeks before his trial date for a DUI charge, 22-year-old Gevar Hasan Mesiha has been arrested and charged with public intoxication after police observed him making masturbation motions toward people in oncoming vehicles
A Metro Nashville Police Officer working an extra duty job Tuesday when he noticed Gevar Hasan Mesiha, 22, walking into traffic and making masturbating motions toward oncoming vehicles. On-duty officers were dispatched to the location and met with Gevar, who was observed to be walking up and down the street but described as ‘unstable on his feed’ and with slurred speech.
Gevar Hasan Mesiha was booked on the charge of public intoxication.
