Author Sherrilyn Kenyon jailed on contempt of court charge

FRANKLIN, TN – New York Times best-selling author of the Dark Hunter series, Sherrilyn Kenyon was held in contempt of court in a Williamson County Courtroom Tuesday, and jailed on the charge. She later posted a $2,500 bond to be released, as first reported on Scoop: Williamson this morning. It was not immediately known what caused the contempt charge.

In January, Kenyon filed a stunning lawsuit, containing allegations that her husband and his assistant poisoned her over a three-year period, hoping to get her real estate and life insurance.

Her husband‘s statement about the lawsuit called her “a brilliant fiction writer who has made it apparent that she cannot discern between fiction and reality”
