Kenneth Michael Nacke, 39, is charged with felony dissemination of unlawful photos, after her secretly recorded sex with his girlfriend, and posted it, and other photos, online after they broke up.
Metro Police say the victim and Nacke were in a long-term relationship, which ended in October of 2018. Since then the victim received an email from a person stating he had seen her profile on a dating website, and wanted to know if she was the same person in a Flickr photo album. Shen she clicked the link to the Flickr album, there were still shots of her having sexual intercourse with Nacke.
The victim states she was never aware she was being recorded during sex. Also in the album were private photos of her in various states of undress, which she had sent to him during the relationship, with the understand they were for his viewing only. The album had received over 80 views at the time.
Kenneth Michael Nacke, of Goodlettsville, posted a $1,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 1st.
