Christopher Tyler, 25, was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly mailed nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to her mother, after she broke up with him, and he offered cash and blank checks to take him back.
Christopher Tyler’s ex-girlfriend contacted police mid-November to report that he would not stop harassing her, despite multiple requests to stop. He had left her an envelope, containing an apology letter, $200 in cash, and unsigned checks made out in the amounts of $80,000.00, $20,000.00, and $1,000.00. She told police she felt threatened and he was known to carry a handgun.
It wasn’t just apology letters and money that Tyler thought would get his girlfriend back. According to another police report, he send nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to her mother, via postal mail, to her home address. He also send notes/blank checks to the girlfriend asking for forgiveness, and saying he wanted to make their relationship work.
Christopher Tyler is charged with unlawful exposure & harassment. He is free on $2,000 bond, and will appear in court on December 4th.
