Christopher Dale Wood, 48, of Goodlettsville, was indicted by the Grand Jury and booked yesterday on multiple sex offenses, against a minor child. He is currently free on a $75,000 property bond.
The Grand Jury returned a true bill on 8 counts:
- 1-4: Aggravated Sexual Batteries
- 5: Solicitation of a Minor
- 6: Attempted Agg Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
- 7: Unlawful Photography <13
- 8: Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
The counts allege that between during a period of nearly three years, ending in October of 2017, Christopher Dale Wood engaged in unlawful sexual contact with a child, that was then ages 10 to 12, on at least 4 occasions.
Count 5 charges that during that same period, he solicited the same child to engage in an act, which if completed, would have resulted in rape of a child.
The indictment also indicates he photographed said child, for the sexual gratification of himself, as well as exposed the child to adult sexual material. Wood is free on a $75,000 property bond, and will be arraigned on 10/10/2018.
