The Davidson County Grand Jury has returned an indictment charging 18-year-old John L. Lovell, Jr., from Antioch, with 1 count of felony aggravated sexual battery of a 5-year-old victim.
The incident occurred in January of 2018, and his next court appearance will be on December 5th. Lovell is currently free on a $15,000 bond.
