Attempted murder suspect Habey Hussein, 20, is now in custody. He was wanted for the June 5th shooting of Justus Vaughn, 20, who was shot in the head.

Police say that on the night of June 5th, Habey Hussein and his brother, Osman Hussein, 17, are believed to have engaged in a shootout with Vaughn, who is critically injured, but still alive. The shooting happened in the Cumberland View public housing development.
He was apprehended during the stop of a Toyota Scion late Thursday night by the Juvenile Crime Task Force.
Habey Hussein is being held in lieu of $150,000 bond. Efforts are continuing to locate his brother, Osman Hussein, who is named in a Juvenile Court arrest order charging attempted murder.
