Man opens fire on Antioch business after being terminated

Cory E Rice was recently fired from OHM International on Bakertown Rd in Antioch. When he left the parking lot on Friday at a high rate of speed, he took out his gun and began to fire several rounds at the business as he fled the property.

There was a person standing outside the business at the time, smoking a cigarette. One of the rounds fired by Rice struck the marble of the building, just a few feed above the victim, causing him to fear for his life.

An arrest warrant was issued for Rice’s arrest, and he was taken into custody on Monday. Rice is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and unlawful possession of a weapon. His bond was set at $5,000, which he posted via Brooke’s Bail Bonding Monday afternoon. He will appear in court on 07/02/2108.
