DEFENDANT: Cora D Johnson
The defendant was involved in a two vehicle accident at Hwy 70 S near Hicks Rd. Police ran the defendant’s dl # in the computer and it came backe revoked. Police offered to give the defendant a ride somewhere numerous times because her car had to be towed. The defendant started screaming/cussing and hitting her vehicle where she was causing a disturbance out in public.
DEFENDANT: James Mark Jones
On 7/3/17 the suspect is observed on video surveillance exiting all points of sale at the Home Depot (1015 Joyce Lane) with a Echo Chainsaw without paying for the product. Suspect was identified as result of being positively identified in other similar thefts at Home Depot locations in Davidson County. This incident ocurred in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
On 6/24/17 the suspect is observed on video surveillance exiting all points of sale at the Home Depot (1584 Gallatin Pk. N.) with a Echo Chainsaw without paying for the product. The suspect pawned a Echo Chainsaw, matching the chainsaw taken from Home Depot at Hy’s Pawn Shop on the same date (6/24/17) under pawn ticket number 57617. According to the Home Depot Surveillance time stamp, the suspect left the store at 11:37am and the chainsaw was pawned at 11:50am at Hy’s Pawn Shop. This incident ocurred in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
On 07/01/2017 at approximately 1643 Hrs the defendant was observed on the Kohl’s surveillance camera’s by xxx xxx who is employed by Kohl’s as the loss prevention officer taking a Keurig coffee maker from off the store shelf and walking past all points of sale without paying for the item. The approximate total value of the item that were taken was $200.00 dollars. A photo lineup of the suspect was shown and Ms. xxx was able to positively identify the suspect who took the item from the store. This event did occur in Davidson County.
