Council Member Jonathan Hall sued for theft of services – hasn’t paid for campaign merchandise

Nashville’s District 1 Council Member Jonathan Hall won by 58 percent during a run-off election in June of 2018, after a series of empty seats when the previous members left the position. He represents Bordeaux, Joelton, Bells Bend and Scottsboro. Hall hired Logoz, Inc. to produce campaign merchandise, and now they say he refuses to pay the bill. Hall serves on the budget and finance committee.

Logoz produced and delivered the merchandise, but they Hall refuses to pay for them for services rendered and delivered despite being invoiced multiple times, and a substantial amount of time passed.
