2ND DUI ARREST: Keller Williams Agent Skipper Crook Arrested for 2nd DUI in 2 Months

Skipper Crook, a real estate agent/broker with Keller Williams Realty in Nashville, was arrested on Wednesday just after 2PM, for his 2nd DUI Charge since June. He is currently at the Hill Detention Facility in lieu of a $10,000 bond for the DUI Charge. He is also charged with Implied Consent Violation.

Crook was previously arrested for DUI in July when he was in an accident at 2nd & Church on 06/23 – and he remained in jail until he made bond of $1000 on 06/30. He was out on that bond still when arrested today. He will have a review hearing on 08/10 for current charges/bond. From that July arrest report:

The defendant was involved in a traffic crash that occurred on Church St at 2nd Ave N. The defendant had waterty eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol from expelled breath. The defendant agreed to perform FST’s. The defendant swayed during the HGN test and had difficulty standing upright while I explained the walk and turn. The defendant refused to performboth the walk and turn and one leg stand. The defendant admitted to drinking a beer and a shot of vodka before the crash. The defendant was Mirandized and read the implied consent form and agreed to a blood test. A blood test was given when the other party had complaint of head and neck pain.
