33-year-old Phillip Harrison was charged with vandalism and domestic assault after his ex-girlfriend reported to police that he damaged her phone and kicked her in the chest when she fell.
On November 23rd, Tema Smith filed a police report stating that on November 12th, she went to the Art Urban studio located at 709B Main Street and met with Phillip Harrison, her previous intimate partner, to discuss business.
According to her report, Phillip started assaulting her, then grabbed her cell phone and threw it. He then grabbed Tema by her arm and neck causing her to fall down. While she was down, Phillip kicked her in the chest and threw her purse out the front door so that she would leave.
On December 2nd, Phillip Harrison was arrested and charged with vandalism and domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,500 bond.
