23-year-old Logan Phillips was charged with two counts of sexual battery after grabbing the breasts of two different women at the Stones River Greenway.
On August 12th, a female victim only identified as B.C. was finishing her morning run at the Stones River Greenway. She was approached by a man, Logan Phillips, and he started asking her about three fictitious men who had gone the direction she came from. Phillips began to step closer to her and then attempted to grab her right breast. Phillips then laughed and ran down the greenway.
The second victim, C.M., was walking when on the greenway when she noticed Phillips had passed her several times. As he passed her for the third time, she felt his arms reach under hers and grab both of her breasts. She screamed and pushed his arms back and Phillips once again ran away. Just after his second attack, B.C. saw Phillips near the parking lot while waiting for police. She managed to take pictures of him and both victims positively identified Phillips as their attacker.
On August 17th, Logan Phillips was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery. His bond was set at $7,000.
