Disorderly man found passed out in America’s Best Value Inn’s hallway

51-year-old Stuart Fields was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication for being a nuisance to guests inside America’s Best Value Inn by knocking on doors and being loud. He was found passed out in a hallway with an alcoholic beverage next to him.

On June 23rd, officers were called to America’s Best Value Inn located at 622 Rivergate Parkway for a disorderly man who was knocking on guest’s doors. Stuart Fields was found in the hallway passed out on the floor with an alcoholic beverage next to him.

Police woke him up by telling him to stand which he struggled with and needed the wall to help him. Fields was being a nuisance to the staff and other guests by being loud. He could not stand on his own so police deemed him to be a danger to himself and others as well as exhibiting signs of being intoxicated.

Stuart Fields was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. His bond was set at $1,500.
