38-year-old Rhoshonda Tyler was charged with vandalism and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon when her boyfriend and his cousin told police that she hit him with her vehicle and lobbed a brick at his car windshield.
On January 28th, officers spoke to Harold Nelson in regard to an incident with Rhoshonda Tyler who, according to affidavits, he is/was dating. He claimed that Tyler had been threateningly texting him all day and that he had not replied. While trying to leave his residence he found Tyler lurking in his driveway. He attempted to get into his car and she hit his leg with her vehicle trying to block him.
The report states that Tyler then launched a brick out her window which hit the passenger side of Mr. Nelson’s vehicle causing the windshield glass to crack and damage to the frame. She blocked him in the driveway until officers arrived prompting her to flee. Officers observed and documented the damages and Nelson’s cousin corroborated the events.
On April 18th, Rhoshonda Tyler was arrested and charged with vandalism and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $15,000.
