Man causing a Honky Tonk ruckus charged with public intoxication

29-year-old Rory O’Connor was charged with public intoxication after causing a ruckus in Honky Tonk Central.

Rory O’Connor was apprehended by Honky Tonk security for causing a disturbance within the establishment. Upon police arrival, Officer Jessica Burton noted that Rory’s breath smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet, and had slurred speech. Based on his level of intoxication and the evidence gathered, Officer Burton concluded that Rory was a danger to himself and others. Rory O’Connor was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. His bond was $100, and the charge was later dismissed.
