31-year-old Ryan Scott Duncan is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute after police were called to his residence for a domestic disturbance and found the drugs and money, prompting him to admit he sold the drugs.
Metro Nashville Police responded to a domestic-related incident on January 18th at 1016 18th Ave. South, and while conducting a protective sweep of the apartment located a bag of crystal meth in plain view in the bedroom of Ryan Scott Duncan, 31. Inside the living room, officers also located a container of the same substance.

Duncan admitted the substance was, indeed, crystal methamphetamine, and that he sold it. In all, a search of the home resulted in one-half ounce of crystal meth and $3,217 in cash, which was located under his bed. Duncan was charged with felony possession with intent to distribute and is free on an $8,000 bond.
