The Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 58-year-old Washington Saltos on 2 counts of rape of a child, and 4 counts of aggravated sexual battery, involving 3 victims under the age of 13.
Washington Saltos, of Lowes Lane in Goodlettsville, was booked on the charges on May 29, and posted a $225,000 bond via Smiley’s Bonding on May 31st. According to the Grand Jury return, which is below, Saltos is charged with rape of a child and 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery on victim A, rape of a child on victim B, and two counts of aggravated sexual battery on victim C.
All of the victims were under the age of 13 at the time of the allegations. Saltos is scheduled to appear for arraignment Tuesday, June 5th.
