MNPD, along with multiple other agencies, deployed resources to both St. Thomas locations on Monday, in response to the threat. It was eventually realized that no bomb or device was at either location, and police were able to get an emergency subscriber disclosure via T-Mobile, and identified the caller as 29-year-old Joshua Jones. It was determined that Jones did not have the means to actually carry out the threat, and he was charged with making a false emergency report. He is jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
