32-year-old Dylan Morgan Stephens served a $13 ‘Pretty Pony’ cocktail (that’s Street Pumas Vodka shaken with clarified strawberry, lemon & topped with sparkling rosé, in case you were curious) to an undercover person “Manuel” using an ID that stated they were 20 years old. The undercover TABC operation occurred at the Roze Pony on Harding Pike on a Wednesday afternoon in January. She was booked on the citation this week, charged with underage alcohol sales to a minor.

Officer Kevin Steiner wakes up homeless man to arrest him for trespassing at 7 a.m.
48-year-old Jason Conner was sleeping on 3rd Ave South in downtown Nashville at 7 a.m. on February 10 when Metro Nashville Police Officer Kevin Steiner woke him up and determined he smelled alcohol and was trespassing onto the property of 201 3rd Ave S. He took Conner into custody and charged him with criminal trespassing.
Nashville Fire paramedic Nick French charged in assault of wife in Clarksville
39-year-old Nashville Fire Department Paramedic Nicholas French is charged with the domestic assault of his wife, Amanda French, on February 15. She says she went to the bathroom to shower, and Nicholas turned off the shower. She exited and attempted to re-enter the bathroom and had to push past him as he was blocking her way. In the process, she says he slammed her arm in the door and held it for at least thirty seconds before completely slamming it shut and punching it several times. Officers documented indentations on the victim’s arm and a golf ball-sized lump on her leg from the assault. French has been with the Nashville Fire Department since July of 2021 and is currently using his accrued leave time until the situation has been litigated.

Tony Spurlock arrested during MNPD’s “Illegal Camping Patrol” in downtown Nashville
Metro Nashville Police Officer Garrett Short woke up 51-year-old Tony Spurlock as he slept on the bank of the Cumberland River at 11 a.m. on February 14. Officers noted they were conducting “extra patrols for illegal camping” as part of the quality of life team at Central Precinct. Officers noticed the no trespassing signs and that Spurlock had a previous warning, so they took him into custody for criminal trespassing. During a search incident to the arrest of the sleeping man, officers located two glass pipes on his person and additionally charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia. This was his first arrest in Nashville.
Officer David Snowden wakes up homeless man to cite him for obstructing a sidewalk
Metro Nashville Police Officer David Snowden says he encountered 51-year-old James Russell sleeping in a sleeping bag with blankets on the sidewalk at 9 p.m. on a Sunday at 1st Ave. North & Gay Street in downtown Nashville. Snowden says it made the sidewalk difficult to walk, and he woke Russell up and cited him with obstructing a passageway. Russell had no prior charges in Nashville.
Tourist TJ Nooner charged in brutal assault of man in downtown Nashville
31-year-old Oklahoma tourist Timothy ‘TJ’ Nooner is charged with the felony aggravated assault of a man in downtown Nashville. Police say Nooner assaulted and knocked Todd Callahan unconscious at the corner of 3rd & Broadway, leaving him with serious head injuries, contusions, abrasions, and lacerations. The incident, which happened in November, was captured on MNPD cameras, and detectives were eventually able to confirm Nooner’s identity via social media. They worked with the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office in Oklahoma and produced a photo lineup, and the victim positively identified Nooner as his assailant. He was booked into jail this week on the charge.
Nashville Police wake up homeless man sleeping under a tree to arrest him — David Moore
Metro Nashville Police woke up 32-year-old David Moore as he slept under a tree in the parking lot of 1419 Clinton Street just before midnight on February 14. A ‘concerned citizen’ called 911 to report them, and officers responded to check on his welfare. Officer Christopher Cantrell woke up Moore, who stated he was fine and didn’t need any assistance or medical attention. The officer says he smelled of alcohol and marijuana and told him he was under arrest due to being too intoxicated in public. The officer seized three marijuana joints totaling 1.5 grams. Moore began to scream the police were “robbers” and called them a few choice names. After sitting in jail for a few hours, the DA declined to prosecute the case.
Cody Tate used heroin before fleeing from police
29-year-old Cody Tate faces multiple charges after leading police on a chase on Murfreesboro Pike on Valentine’s Day. Officers attempted a traffic stop after observing a stolen plate on the car driven by Tate. Tate failed to stop and made a reckless u-turn, and fled in his Hyundai Elandra, which he crashed a short distance away. He fled on foot to a nearby room at 985 Murfreesboro Pike, where he was captured. Tate stated he used heroin an hour before the incident and fled because he believed he had outstanding warrants.
Street racer Joseph ‘Jojo’ Mikhail charged after Murfreesboro Pike maneuvers
19-year-old Joseph ‘Jojo’ Mikhail was driving his black 2013 Honda Civic alongside a black Ford Mustang and a red Infiniti on January 22nd on Murfreesboro Pike at a high rate of speed. He maneuvered into the center turn lane and used it to pass several other vehicles. All three drivers continued at high rates of speed in a ‘pack,’ displaying a disregard for the safety of themselves and others, according to police. He is charged with drag racing and reckless driving.
Sarah Valdivia thrashes boyfriend with charging cable during argument
23-year-old Sarah Valdivia thrashed her boyfriend (and father of her child) Eli Rios with a charging cable on February 16 repeatedly 10-12 times, leaving visible welts on his body. The couple was in an argument about him visiting his mother after his job interview, and Valdivia became irrationally upset and began to beat him with the cable. Officers documented injuries on the victim, and Sarah admitted to the assault.
Talha Ahmad charged after doing donuts in Antioch parking lot
Police say 19-year-old Talha Ahmad was doing donuts in his red 2010 Infiniti QX60 in a Hickory Hollow parking lot on January 28th at 5 p.m. Officers observed a children’s function ongoing nearby where the car was doing donuts. He was issued a citation for reckless driving and was booked on that citation this week.
Joseph Siddiqi assaults wife after her hijab doesn’t cover her neck as she prays
Police say 37-year-old Joseph Siddiqi grabbed his wife by her neck with one hand and placed the other hand on her mouth, pushing on each hand and squeezing her neck until she bit herself, upset that her hijab was not fully covering her neck as she was praying on Valentine’s Day. Officers responded to their Green Timbers Drive residence in Antioch, where the victim explained her husband was walking behind her as she was praying and became upset that a portion of her neck was visible. She replied, “why didn’t you just help me instead of commenting on it?” which is when he assaulted her. Joseph was charged with domestic assault.
Ladairron Ward swings on tourist at Whiskey Row & tackles tourist’s father
30-year-old Ladairron Ward was charged with disorderly conduct after getting into a brawl at Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville in the early hours of February 12. Police say Ward bumped into Tanner Jacobs and his father, Harry Jacobs, and then swung on Tanner. After a brief struggle, Ward then tackled the father. Officers had to separate the parties and placed Ward and Tanner under arrest for disorderly conduct.
Florida man Ashland Storr confesses to murder while at Metro General Hospital
Metro Nashville Police responded to General Hospital on February 15 after 26-year-old Ashland Storr confessed to a murder. When police arrived, he explained he had committed a murder a week ago in an unknown location. A records check revealed an outstanding homicide warrant out of Florida. His confession was recorded on camera, and he was taken into custody, awaiting extradition to Florida.
Hailey Carney found in a stolen Camry with a baby, ecstasy, and Bud Light Platinum
Belle Meade Police Officer Wes Bowker responded to a license plate reader (LPR) hit on a stolen Toyota Camry as it drove through the mini city on February 15th. 22-year-old Hailey Carney was found to be driving the car during a traffic stop, along with a small child in the back seat. A search of the car revealed a small bag of what Carney identified as ecstasy and an open Bud Light Platinum in the center cup holder.
Prajesh Patel sold alcohol to a minor at Green Chili Indian Restaurant in Goodlettsville
35-year-old Prajesh Patel was charged with selling alcohol to a minor during a sting at the Green Chili Indian Restaurant at 707 Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville on January 26th. Goodlettsville Police were conducting a beer compliance check using an undercover underage person. Patel was booked on the citation this week and will appear in court in March.
One roommate jailed after night of “drinking to excess” — Edward Rhoden
Police say 27-year-old Edward Rhoden and his roommate, Aaron McCray, were both ‘drinking to excess’ on February 12. Aaron says he doesn’t remember what happened that night but knows he woke up with a black eye. Edward says he absolutely slugged his roommate in his eye, leaving it bruised and black. Officers took Edward into custody and charged him with domestic assault.
BNA: Brianna Cosby denied boarding, assaults boyfriend and police officer
Airport Police say 31-year-old Brianna Cosby was denied boarding a flight at the Nashville International Airport on February 12 due to her level of intoxication. She then began to push and hit her boyfriend, Kelso Griffin, who was holding on to her from behind and attempting to calm her down when officers arrived at the gate. She refused to calm down and was too intoxicated to care for herself, so she was placed into custody for public intoxication and domestic assault. After being placed into handcuffs, she reportedly kicked Officer Wisarut Sinchai in the leg twice.
DUI: Timmie Godwin asleep behind the wheel on the interstate
Police responded to what appeared to be a disabled vehicle on I-40 E in the early hours of Feb 11 to find 30-year-old Timmie ‘TJ’ Godwin asleep behind the wheel with the vehicle in drive and his foot on the brake. Offers were initially unable to wake Godwin but were eventually able to reach through a small portion of the window that was rolled down and “poked” him until he was awake. As he was removed from the vehicle, it was apparent he was intoxicated and had an empty liquor bottle in the center console. TJ Godwin admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving and was transported to booking, where he was charged with DUI.
Brandi Jennings charged after pepper-spray incident at Maplewood High School
18-year-old Brandi Jennings was broadcasting an Instagram live from Maplewood High School on Valentine’s Day when several girls, who she is not friends with, got onto her feed and caused a scene while she was live. After her broadcast ended, she confronted the group of girls in the hallway but said she suddenly became afraid she was going to “get jumped.” She pepper-sprayed the girls, with one juvenile receiving a direct stream to the face. She was charged with carrying a weapon on school property.
Andrei Gavaz pulls it out and touches it at Kid Rock’s Bar on Valentine’s Day
Police say 24-year-old Andrei Gavaz unzipped his pants and whipped out his most prized possession at Kid Rock’s Bar on Valentine’s Day. He then thoroughly touched himself and then, using that same hand, smacked the face of a bouncer who had escorted him out of the venue due to his level of intoxication. He was attempting to re-enter the bar when the assault occurred. The bouncer, Shay Thomas, fell to the ground and suffered cuts to both elbows and his knuckle while attempting to detain Gavaz.
Police arrived to find Gavaz cuffed, and as they were placing him in the rear of a patrol car, he had to be hobble-restrained as he attempted to kick Officer Hill in the face, but no contact was made. He was still charged with assault of an officer, as Officer Hill stated he “felt as if he was about to be assaulted.” He then began to spit all over the rear of the patrol vehicle, resulting in an additional vandalism charge.
Nashville Realtor & Talent Manager Sam Wild jailed on sexual battery indictment
30-year-old Samuel Joseph Wild was jailed on Valentine’s Day on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with one count of sexual battery. The Grand Jury met in January and returned a true bill on the charge. Wild is free on a $5,000 bond. Sam Wild is a Nashville Realtor with Keller Williams ‘Your Nashville Agent’ and a talent manager for musicians.
Clarksville Divorce Lawyer Michael K. Williamson charged in felony assault of wife
64-year-old Michael Williamson was jailed on Sunday night, charged with the felony aggravated assault of his wife, Larson Faye Williamson. Deputies responded to their Maxshire Court residence just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday for a domestic disturbance call. Both parties were reportedly drunk, and after investigating, deputies determined Michael to be the primary aggressor. During an argument, he is alleged to have pushed his wife and thrown her down onto a chair with one hand while grabbing her neck and upper chest area. The victim’s injuries were documented and consisted of irritation and bruising on her body.

Melodie Lowe charged after waving a gun around from her stoop toward elderly lady
46-year-old Melodie Lowe was booked this week on an outstanding summons, charging her with aggravated assault. In June of 2022, a grandmother says she was holding her infant grandchild as she was loading the infant’s belongings into a vehicle when Melodie Lowe suddenly approached the vehicle while being confrontational. Lowe was screaming profanities at the grandmother for reasons unclear. Lowe then reportedly returned to her townhome and stood on her stoop, waving a gun around while yelling at the woman once again.
