Officers arrived at the Branch Oak Trail home Saturday afternoon, where the mother reported she had asked Natalie to get food and household supplies for her two juvenile children. Natalie reportedly became verbally aggressive and hostile, eventually escalating to assaulting her mother, leaving her with some injuries, which were documented by responding officers. Christina’s husband separated the two until police arrived.

Jackson Martin has “no idea” how a key fob to a stolen car got into his pants
20-year-old Jackson Martin says he was just “out walking his dog” and was never inside any stolen vehicle, and has no idea how the key fob to the stolen vehicle got inside his pants pocket. That’s what Martin told police as Dawn Smith’s stolen Lexus was pinged to a Players Court address Saturday. Martin had reportedly driven the vehicle to the location for someone to repair a broken headlight. Multiple people at the location confirmed that Martin drove the vehicle there and observed him in the driver’s seat.
Chase Jenkins walks to store for “water and gum” after DUI crash in North Nashville
25-year-old Chase Jenkins crashed into another vehicle Friday night in North Nashville, then casually exited his vehicle and went to a nearby convenience store for “water and gum” while the woman in the impacted vehicle remained in her driver’s seat. Officers located him standing near the doors of the gas station and say he reeked of alcohol. As he was walked back to the scene of the accident, he reportedly told officers he had drank three beers in the three hours prior to driving. He attempted field sobriety tests, but they had to be terminated for his own safety due to his level of intoxication.
Tristan Winters uses rope and paperclips in attempt to break into ex-girlfriend’s apartment
Police responded to a Lebanon Pike apartment in the early hours of Saturday morning to find 19-year-old Tristan Winters, also known as artist Elis Cole, attempting to break into the apartment of his ex-girlfriend, Gabrielle Orr. Winters had a rope and paperclips, which he had fashioned into lock-picking tools. Winters explained that the two had an argument, and he came to the victim’s apartment to talk to her. When she didn’t answer the door, he used the roper to try to climb up and onto the balcony but was unsuccessful. He then used the paperclips to attempt to unlock her door but admitted he “wasn’t very good at it.” Winters was taken into custody and charged with felony attempted aggravated burglary. The victim says she was in fear of him due to threats he has made to her life in the past.
Angela Hurt pulls revolver & begins countdown, threatens to shoot man over parking space
Curtis Patel was returning to his car, which he had parked in the alley near 8th Ave South, when he was suddenly confronted by 45-year-old Angela Hurt Gordon was irate and yelling and screaming about him parking “in her spot.” As Curtis got into his car to leave, she threw something at his windshield and kicked the side of his vehicle. She went back inside, and as he backed out of the area, a Belmont security officer made contact with him. While they were speaking, Angela came back out of her house holding a revolver, which she pointed in the air and threatened to shoot him. She began a backward countdown from 10, causing Curtis to flee the immediate area as police arrived to observe Angela still armed and screaming.
Kam Elder smashes boss’s car with shopping cart after he’s fired from Walmart
Police say 19-year-old Kameron Elder picked up a shopping cart and threw it onto the windshield, fender, and hood of his Walmart manager’s vehicle after she terminated his employment. Christina Korous says after she fired Elder for performance-related issues, he was observed on security cameras approaching her Honda Civic in the parking lot. He pushed a shopping cart toward the car, picked up the cart, and used it to smash the vehicle. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
Krysta Swanson found drunk and half-clothed in Nashville Airport bathroom
25-year-old Krysta Swanson was found passed out in a bathroom stall at the Nashville International Airport Friday morning. Airport Police located her slumped over and halfway clothed, with all of her belonging scattered on the floor of the bathroom. Offices say she was difficult to wake and appeared extremely intoxicated with slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. She stated she believed she was in Maine and not Nashville. She was taken into custody for public intoxication and seen at Summit Hospital prior to booking after she slammed her head into the partition of the patrol car, causing a laceration to her forehead.
Tamas Mate charged after starting fight with bouncers & others on Broadway in Nashville
21-year-old Tamas Mate was in a fight with bouncers at Rippy’s Honky Tonk late Saturday night, according to offices working the Entertainment District Initiative on Broadway in downtown Nashville. As officers were arriving, Mate had left the bar and began to get into another fight just a few feet away. He was reportedly unsteady on his feet and in a “state of confusion,” according to an arrest warrant. He even fell over onto the ground during one of the altercations. Due to his level of intoxication, Mate was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
DUI: Cher’ron Teague blows 0.176% BAC after crash, claims she drank “one beer”
28-year-old Cher’ron Teague was found asleep behind the wheel of a crashed car on I-65 North. As first responders awakened her to get her out of the vehicle, she was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech, and reeked of alcohol. Teague stated she drank “one beer” earlier in the night. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.176% BAC on a breathalyzer.
De’Jone Johnson charged in Walmart Burglary of $1,187 in merchandise
Police say 29-year-old De’Jone La’Mar Johnson walked into the Walmart on Dickerson Pike, selected $1,187.40 worth of merchandise, and attempted to walk out of the store without paying. He was stopped at the doors by loss prevention, who noted that Johnson was previously trespassed from Walmart in March, which now made this a burglary.
Eries Banks charged in assault at Rivergate Marathon
Albens Polynice says he was inside the Marathon gas station on Rivergate Parkway paying for his purchase when 23-year-old Eries Banks came in and began punching him and yelling at him in a surprise attack. Banks is the cousin of Polynice’s girlfriend. Polynice says the incident stemmed from an earlier situation between himself and Banks’ mother. The fight transitioned to the parking lot, and the victim sustained injuries to his left arm, leg, and a head injury.
Michael Green charged with marijuana possession by petty Goodlettsville Police
19-year-old Michael Green was stopped by Goodlettsville Police on Rivergate Parkway, and during the encounter police say they developed probable cause to search the vehicle. Inside the vehicle, Officer William Campbell says he found drug paraphernalia and 14 grams of marijuana, for which he charged Green.
Amber Quarles charged with disobeying a Goodlettsville Police Officer
Police say they were directing traffic due to a crash with two lanes of the roadway blocked and patrol cars staged with full blue lights on to get the attention of any oncoming traffic. 24-year-old Amber Quarles reportedly drove around officers, ignoring their orders to stop, and nearly struck a GOPD Sergeant. She is charged with “failure to obey a lawful order.”
Jordan Walker charged with assault of roommate who accused her of stealing
Auriel Amos says her 19-year-old roommate, Jordan J’Shay Walker, packed some of her things in her own bag without her permission. Amos says she confronted Walker about taking her things while they were in the lobby area of the Candlewood Suites Hotel, which led to a heated argument. Walker reportedly began to attack Walker, swinging at her and hitting her. Mia Burns and Laila Spencer witnessed the assault.
Ning Wang continues to show up at ex-wife’s home, refuses to leave
54-year-old Ning Wang is charged with aggravated criminal trespass after police say he showed up at the back door of his ex-wife’s residence on Tyne Blvd and refused to leave on November 2nd. He continued to knock on the back door, demanding to be let in, despite having not lived there in quite some time. Officers responded to similar incidents several times this year, the most recent in October, and Wang understood he was not allowed to be on the property but continued to return.
Tia Sharp destroys her baby daddy’s vehicles as he’s inside cheating with his wife #HammerTime
Police say 28-year-old Tia Lavon Sharp used a hammer to destroy 2 passenger side mirrors and two windshields on separate vehicles, a tail light on another vehicle, and a mailbox, all belonging to the father of her unborn child, Gerald Willingham. Willingham says she caught him cheating and began attacking cars in his driveway. Willingham’s wife, Amanda, also witnessed the incident.
Sharp claims that her “baby daddy” is abusive, and they drove from Columbia with his wife, and Sharp wanted to leave but claims Willingham was after her Social Security money “on her card.” She says she only had a hammer because he has “pit bulls that is trained to attack,” and she had the hammer for self-defense but didn’t destroy anything.
Nashville hairstylist Anjel Fuller driving wrong way with cannabis candy & marijuana in car
Police say 24-year-old Anjel Fuller was traveling Northbound in the Southbound lane as she exited Rivergate Parkway late Thursday night. As officers conducted a traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was completed due to the smell of marijuana. Inside the car was a backpack with 11 cannabis candy packages weighing 3.5 grams each and three baggies of loose marijuana with weights of 24.8 grams, 24.5 grams, and 13.6 grams, and a scale. She is charged with felony drug possession and with drug paraphernalia.
Edward Wagner won’t stop contacting his ex-girlfriend; she’s just not that into you.
25-year-old Edward Wagner is charged with harassment after his ex-girlfriend, Gina Eubanks, says he called her at least a dozen times in 72 hours after being told to cease all communication after a breakup. He called from multiple numbers, and as those were blocked, he began to contact her via social media. Many of the messages were derogatory in nature, wishing death upon her, and threatening to damage her property.
Devon “Dr. Mixologist” Livingston charged with DUI after speeding on West End Ave
29-year-old Devon J. Livingston, AKA Dr. Mixologist of Love Language Nashville, was booked Friday on a warrant charging him with DUI. Police say he was initially stopped for speeding on West End Ave and reeked of alcohol when speaking to the officer. He originally stated he consumed alcohol before driving but later declared he didn’t have anything to drink. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI.
Lisa Disney charged with shoplifting from Macy’s at Green Hills Mall
Police say 42-year-old Lisa Disney of Cleveland, TN, went to Macy’s at Green Hills Mall and was captured on video concealing merchandise on her person and walking past all points of sale. Store security detained her as she was exiting the building and recovered the merchandise.
Kurdish Pride Gang Member Bejar Mustafa charged with multiple felony assaults
28-year-old Kurdish Pride Gang (KPG) member Bejar Mustafa was taken into custody late Thursday night on three outstanding warrants charging him with three counts of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say in July 2020, he pulled his black Lexus alongside the vehicle of Ali Almosawi, just inches from his door. Mustafa reportedly rolled down his window and threatened to kill the victim or have his “boys” carry it out, while pointing a black handgun at the man.
In August 2022, Mustafa and Iden “brows” Salman approached a vehicle at a CVS on Harding Place, and Mustafa spat on Berrin Girismen, who was in the vehicle with Nazanin Ahmadzadegan. Mustafa and Salman chased the car as it fled, and Salman eventually fired two shots into it. He posted a $50,000 bond immediately after being booked.
Michael Sexton charged in DUI after Dickerson Pike crash
50-year-old Michael Shawn Sexton crashed on Dickerson Pike just before midnight Thursday. Officers arrived and noted he could barely speak, and when he did, it was very slurred, and he reeked of alcohol. He had two mostly empty bottles of vodka at his feet and stated he had “a lot” to drink when asked. Sexton refused to complete field sobriety tests, stating: “I already know I’m drunk.”
Mark Combs: drunk & disorderly at Martin’s Towing
Metro Nashville Police responded to Martin’s Towing late Thursday night to find an extremely intoxicated 21-year-old Mark Combs, who refused to leave the property after being asked. Combs yelled and screamed at police during the entire interaction, and as they were placing him into custody for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and trespassing, he earned an additional charge of resisting arrest when he refused to be placed into the patrol car.
Tourist Sean Sweeney bashes bouncer in head with beer bottle at Honky Tonk Central
34-year-old Sean Sweeney was upset as security at Honky Tonk Central was closing the 2nd floor late early Friday morning, demanding to know where his lost debit card was. The bouncer advised Sweeney should go back downstairs, where the venue management could assist with a lost car. Sweeny refused to leave the now-closed second floor on his own and was being escorted out by security when he grabbed a glass beer bottle from the bar and struck Samuel Gehrts on the head four times. Sweeney is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Jordan Benderson charged in assault of his girlfriend on TSU Campus
19-year-old Jordan Benderson told TSU Campus police he was in an argument with his girlfriend, Daijane Smith, and she bit his left inner bicep. The argument reportedly started when she received a phone call from another male, causing Benderson to want to see her phone. She then grabbed Benderson’s phone and ran into the bathroom with it. As she looked through his phone, she found multiple text messages that she believed showed he was cheating on her. She went outside and smashed his phone on the steering wheel of her car. She says Benderson strangled her in the car, and she only bit him in self-defense. She also admitted to getting a knife and threatening to slash his tires. Officers determined Jordan Benderson to be the primary aggressor for the strangulation and took him into custody.
