Michael Mills says he came home to find his 27-year-old boyfriend, Jacob Riley, heavily intoxicated and the home in disarray. The dining room table had been flipped over, and the living room furniture had been thrown around the room. Riley reportedly then spit in his lover’s face and attempted to attack him with a dining room chair. Officers arrived to find the above, plus dining room chairs thrown about, and Riley among the furniture in the living room.

Logan Dunphy cuffed after shooting off at Jenna’s Toy Box

Metro Nashville Police responded to Jenna’s Toy Box on Dickerson Pike just after 11 p.m. Tuesday and spoke with an employee of the adults-only store, 20-year-old Logan Dunphy. He told police he had been “robbed and jumped”, and claimed ownership of the Glock handgun on the counter, stating he fired several shots into the air. Officers reviewed security footage which showed a potential customer at the counter who abruptly runs out the door with unpaid merchandise. Dunphy gives chase to the parking lot where a fight occurs between him, the man with the stolen merchandise, along with three more people that were in a vehicle waiting for him. After getting knocked down, the employee retreats inside the store, and the vehicle drives off. As the vehicle flees out of sight, Dunphy pulls the Glock and discharges it into the air multiple times.

Kara Edwards too drunk to stand up at Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police responded to Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville, to assist with a “very intoxicated” 23-year-old Kara Edwards, who was unable to stand on her own. She was unable to state where she was at, or anyone to call to assist her. She was taken into custody for her own safety and charged with public intoxication.

Arnelle Spearman charged in assault of girlfriend after coming home drunk, kicking in front door

Molly Conley says her boyfriend, 26-year-old Arnelle Spearman, came home drunk and kicked in the front door Tuesday evening. She told him to go stay at a hotel, and when he refused she called his mother. Via the phone, his mother asked him “Why do you want to be this drunk in front of your kids?” which only escalated the situation and he smashed the phone, destroying it, and grabbing his girlfriend by her shirt, tearing it down the center.

Kaden Shepherd charged in assault of father, Shawn Shepherd, yet again.

18-year-old Kaden Shepherd was arrested Monday for the 2nd time in recent weeks, charged with the assault of his father. Police say he is listed as the suspect in 7 additional domestic violence reports against his father, Shawn Shepherd, who owns Cleaning Up Nashville and Clean Clarksville. During this arrest, Kaden was calling his father provocative names (detailed in affidavit) as he headbutted him and punched him. Kaden’s older brother, Jackson, attempted to intervene and protect his father, but Kaden managed to shatter glass and injure his father during the fight.

Kristina McAllister charged after throwing chair through rear window of Pontiac Grand Am

35-year-old Kristina McAllister was reportedly upset about her recent arrest for aggravated assault and her children being with DCS when she got intoxicated and tossed a chair into the read window of a car belonging to Larry Davis. When she didn’t achieve the desired result, she picked up the chair a second time and again smashed it into the rear window of his 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, shattering it. She fled the scene before police arrived and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Nashville Police say 47-year-old tourist Thomas Burns refused to leave Legends Corner bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday evening after being bounced from the establishment. Officers say he was having trouble standing on his own and was acting erratically due to his extreme level of intoxication. As they were placing him into custody for public intoxication he began to kick at the patrol car in an attempt to avoid apprehension. He was placed in hobble restraints and transported to booking.

Downtown street vendor charged with underage drinking, days later — Gabriel Ryan Tyson

Metro Nashville Police met 19-year-old Gabriel Ryan Tyson in downtown Nashville in January during a routine check of street vendor licenses. They noticed he was dancing around on the sidewalk and drinking from an open bottle of Charles Smith Kung Fu Girl Riesling. They issued him a citation for vending without a license, he poured out the open container of wine, and everyone went about their night. Sometime later, the officers realized Tyson was only 19-years-old, and three days after the citation, Officer Shawn Kaelin swore out the pettiest warrants of his career, charging the teen with underage drinking and underage possession of alcohol.

Franklin Dee Settle charged in strangulation of ex-girlfriend at Green Hills Grille during dinner

Jalil Huddleston says she went to dinner with her ex-boyfriend, 44-year-old Franklin Dee Settle, at the Green Hills Grille Saturday. During the dinner, the pair engaged in a verbal altercation and she took possession of his phone. In an attempt to retrieve his phone he grabbed her by the hair and brought her to the ground in the middle of the restaurant. Multiple witnesses reported he appeared to be strangling her during the altercation.

75-year-old Gerald McClure charged with DUI as he’s turning into liquor store parking lot

75-year-old Gerald McClure was pulling into the 31-W Liquor store parking lot when another vehicle struck his truck as he was turning across two lanes of traffic. while investigating the accident, it became apparent McClure was intoxicated and admitted to drinking prior to driving. He was charged with DUI and was freed on pre-trial release just over two hours later, with 40 minutes remaining until the liquor store closed for the night.

Cameron Eason charged in assault of a pregnant woman, just feet away from officers

Rayshonda Crawford, who is 8 months pregnant, says 38-year-old Cameron Eason, with who she also has a child, entered her home without permission, and that it has been an ongoing issue since he moved out two months ago. She told police when it happened this weekend, she grabbed a knife in self-defense and demanded that he leave her home. He refused and a struggle ensued over the knife, which was captured on video, and threatened to kill her. As police were investigating, Eason came back onto her property in an aggressive manner toward her, stopping just inches from her as she screamed for help from the officers he threatened to punch her in the face. Police took Eason into custody and transported him to booking.

Goodlettsville Police officers were standing in the rear of police headquarters Saturday when 32-year-old Anthony Denton drove his Chrysler sedan into the rear parking lot and over a curb while officers watched. He told them he had come to city hall to help his brother, who he said worked for the city. In the middle of performing field sobriety tests, Denton stopped and stated he was intoxicated. He was charged with DUI.

Police were en route to a call at the Wild Beaver Saloon when they encountered 22-year-old Cory Duffey two blocks away fighting in the middle of traffic with two other individuals. He then advised officers he just needed to find the sidewalk and that will lead him to where he lives. 18-year-old Chayston Taylor surrendered to Metro Nashville SWAT Team negotiators Friday after pulling both a .357 pistol and his grandfather’s 16-gauge shotgun on his mother, Sharika Taylor, and her boyfriend, Phillip Hamilton. Texas tourist charged with assault of wife at Nashville Airport — Aaron Godwin

36-year-old Aaron Vance Godwin was seen at the Nashville Internation Airport striking his wife, Jessica Donnelli. Multiple witnesses and video confirmed the assault. Campus police responded to a fight at TSU’s Ford Residential Complex, where 6 females reportedly attacked Nona Boyd because she had moved into the complex three weeks ago and was living with Cyndee Arnold, which was against the rules. As police arrived and attempted to determine what was happening, and who was involved, Jada Gober initially pointed to other parties involved and indicated who was fighting, including another person leaving in a vehicle, Octavian Williams. Two weeks after Nashville Police encountered a rowdy 44-year-old Charles Rhodes arguing about a lost wallet at the Tin Roof Bar, they found him in the parking garage of 70 Music Square West, standing outside his car with his pants halfway down. Officer Dallas Johnson says when Rhodes noticed his patrol car he jumped inside his own vehicle and backed up nearly striking the police vehicle.
