42-year-old Chad Alan Walkup was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday on two open assault warrants against his girlfriend, Kathryn Kniery. One alleges he was served breakfast, lunch, and dinner in bed, then assaulted her around 8 p.m. when he overslept for work. Another, which was captured on video, shows him picking up a patio chair she’s sitting in and tossed threw her across the patio, after he was upset he couldn’t find the charger to his computer.

Metro Police say 33-year-old Jamie Levitt was driving 83 in a 55 mph zone at 6:52 p.m. on Friday when he suddenly crossed four lanes of traffic while merging from I-440E onto I-40. As an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, Levitt reportedly tossed a beer bottle out the window, then denied it, then eventually admitted it. He asked for a lawyer but then continued telling the officer about how his intoxication. He blew a 0.103 BAC.

Nashville Police say 31-year-old Nashville recording artist and producer ‘Mannie B.’ (Emanuel Blackwell) used a stolen handgun to bang on the patio door of his ex-girlfriend’s apartment while she was inside watching a movie with her current boyfriend. Police boxed in her car, shook her car, even used an airhorn to attempt to wake her.
