27-year-old Bryan Moore was charged with public intoxication after he was kicked out of Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville, then approached Nashville Police officers to make a complaint about his ouster. They advised him to leave the area, but he refused and began to bang on the door to the venue. During his arrest, a citizen also reported that Moore had assaulted him.

Poice found 27-year-old Jessica Mackinnon asleep/passed out behind the wheel in the middle of an intersection in Antioch. After medics and others eventually got her awake and alert she told first responders she drank one beer and smoked marijuana. She blew a 0.211 BAC, nearly three times the legal limit. She remains jailed in lieu of a $1.500 bond.
Musician Brian Elliot Hyken charged with DUI after colliding with a fire hydrant in East Nashville
31-year-old Brian Elliot Hyken, who performs under the name “Brian Elliot” says he had “3 gin & tonics” at the Pearl Diver in East Nashville before he ran over a curb to collide with shrubbery and a fire hydrant in the early hours of August 31st. He refused a breathalyzer and was charged with DUI. He is free on pre-trial release.
Woman stopped by neighbor as she picks up coffee table to assault boyfriend — Andrea Perez arrested
38-year-old Andrea Lopez had just picked up an entire coffee table and was holding it about to strike her boyfriend, Michael Trestain, with it when a neighbor heard the commotion inside and opened their door and stopped her. She had already struck the victim multiple times, leaving visible injuries on his face and police documented the apartment had “a large amount of broken items, including glass and pieces of furniture, all over the apartment”.
Heather Helm charged in domestic assault of his girlfriend after breakup in Goodlettsville Motel
31-year-old Heather Helm is charged with domestic assault after he reportedly got into an argument with this girlfriend in a Goodlettsville Hotel room and pushed her out the door. He claims the pair had just broken up and were both physical at each other, but was determined to be the primary aggressor. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
Broadway birthday bash leaves man passed out in alley — William Allen arrested
William Dalton Allen was in downtown Nashville celebrating his 30th birthday last weekend when police found him passed out in the alley near 411 Broadway. He was reportedly too intoxicated to stand on his own two feet, so had to be escorted with assistance to a nearby patrol car, and transported to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication.
DCSO Officer beats homeless with baton, who spit on him during Walmart altercation. The homeless man is charged with assault.
36-year-old Anthony Archer was causing a disturbance at a West Nashville Walmart when of-duty DCSO/Nashville Sheriff Officer Robert Lillard Jr, who was working a secondary security job there, asked him to leave. He says Archer became aggressive and “balled up his fists”, and even spit on him, at which time Lillard says he pulled out his baton in self-defense and began striking him with it. Archer escaped the altercation and fled the store. He was found two days later, trespassing, and was arrested on the outstanding warrant. He remains jailed on a $3,100 bond.

27-year-old Andrew Washington called Metro Nashville police at 3 a.m. Wednesday to tell them he had busted out the windows of his girlfriend’s apartment and destroyed the living room after she left the scene after an argument. Police documented 3 glass exterior windows, a glass top table, and a large flat-screen television, were all “completely destroyed”

23-year-old Cierra Hammonds is free on a $2,500 bond after police say she strangled, bit, and scratched her boyfriend, Tevinn Wynn, then took his phone and wallet, refusing to return them. The victim sustained a bite mark, fingernail marks, and reported his throat and Adam’s apple were both sore as a result of the assault.

Woman charged with assaulting granddaughter, hours after assaulting a driver that hit her — Gladys Wills gone wild
58-year-old Gladys Wills went wild Saturday when police say she was hit by a vehicle in downtown Nashville and assaulted that driver, for which she received an assault citation. She then got into a physical fight with her daughter, while her granddaughter got a ride home from MNPD. Once they were all back to the residence, she then assaulted her granddaughter, too, grabbing her by the throat, leaving visible injuries. She’s free on a $1,000 bond.

35-year-old Launce Wickesberg was found at the GFL House in downtown Nashville, extremely intoxicated, and unable to walk on his own. Police say he was uncooperative, in need of assistance, and a danger to himself. He was charged with public intoxication.

19-year-old Christian Clayton Ham, from Oklahoma, posted photos of him drinking at Nashville bars on social media this weekend, with his family. Late Saturday night, he was at Rippy’s on Broadway when venue security was attempting to get him to leave, but he didn’t want to go. He is charged with public intoxication and underage drinking.

32-year-old David Hogan admits to driving from “somewhere on Broadway” to near Lipscomb University, and taking “a few shots” along the way. When police responded to the area, they located him leaning against a fence in the backyard of a residence, with his arm through the neck hole of his shirt, and profusely sweating. Neighbors say he left his car parked with its hazards on while he was drunkenly roaming through the neighborhood. He blew a 0.139 BAC.
Disorderly Conduct at the Days Inn — Katrina Hern arrested
43-year-old Katrina Hern (Barnett) was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after she was unable to behave at the Days Inn. Police say she was yelling, screaming, and attempting to fight the hotel staff when they arrived. Unable to get her to calm down, they took her into custody, charging her with disorderly conduct.

20-year-old Elajah Michell Christian is charged with vandalism after a video reportedly shows her slashing the tires of her boyfriend’s vehicle, and spray painting both passenger-side windows, after refusing to leave his house for over two hours. Her boyfriend, Montanez Knight, confronted her but said he was afraid of getting harmed, and ran back inside the house, dropping his keys in the process. She fled with his keys. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
Woman charged with domestic assault after flipping the “Russian bird” at her roommate — Nina Sukhovetskaya
67-year-old Nina Sukhovetskaya says she got into an argument with a woman who lives with her after the woman would not open her bedroom door to allow her to see inside. Nina reportedly performed the Russian version of “flipping the bird” toward the victim, Amber Davis, who claims Nina’s hand lightly hit her in the nose. She is charged with domestic assault, and free on a $1,000 cash bond.
DUI: Man crawls out of wrong-way I-40 crash, claims he wasn’t the driver — Brian Lowery arrested
Police say 32-year-old Brian Lowery was driving the wrong way on the interstate Wednesday night at a high rate of speed when he crashed into another vehicle head-on and rolled over it. He tried to tell police he was just a passenger and wasn’t actually driving, however, witnesses were able to confirm he was the only person in the vehicle and clearly was the driver. He is free on a $2,500 cash bond.
