Quintin Whitman, 32, was arrested for his role in the massive ATV, quad, and motorbike takeover of Nashville this weekend. Metro Police say he struck a police van while driving the wrong way on Broadway, on Saturday. He had amphetamine pills and marijuana on him at the time of his arrest.
