Ashley Purdy urinated “all over” back seat of police car after being found unresponsive, police say
One week after announcing his departure from the Black Veil Brides, 40-year-old Ashley Purdy was found by Metro Nashville Police unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle, with the engine running. He was eventually awakened by the officers, who placed him in the rear of their patrol vehicle where he urinated “all over the back seat of the patrol vehicle” on the way to the hospital, and threatened officers when they discovered it, per an arrest report.
Man who strangled girlfriend twice in Whiskey Row is beaten by stranger until police arrive.
24-year-old Jalen Matthews is charged with the aggravated assault and strangulation of his girlfriend while in Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville. Police say an “anonymous male” who stated he was ‘intervening on the female’s behalf’ and Matthews were in a fight when they arrived. The other male was neither named nor prosecuted.

He then spoke to his girlfriend’s grandmother on the phone, allegedly telling her that it turned him on when he assaults her granddaughter and she punches him back.
Two youth arrested in carjacked vehicle with Airsoft gun
Metro Nashville’s Juvenile Crime Task Force Monday night arrested 20-year-old convicted felon Tyquan Scribner, & 18-year-old Aaliyah Washington, after recovering a vehicle taken during a carjacking earlier in the week. A full-size replica Glock 19 Airsoft handgun and 21 grams of marijuana were also recovered.

Arlotta is charged with vandalism, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication, after he approached a woman’s car on West End, told her “The demon is chasing me”, smashed out her car window, and said, “y’all didn’t think I was that strong, did you!”. Police then found him entangled in a chain-link fence.
