Police find 2 children roaming streets, 2 more home alone; Mother arrested.

Metro Police located an 8-year-old child wandering the streets of North Nashville late Tuesday night. When they returned the child to its home, they discovered a 12-year-old & a 2-year-old home alone, and realized another 11-year-old autistic child had also wandered off, too. That child was located near a local hotel, and Megan Moreno was arrested and charged with 4 counts of child neglect.

MNPD Officer Bradley Nave says the man he was arresting, 40-year-old Kleber Soriano, offered him $500 to let him walk away from a DUI arrest. When Nave told him it wasn’t a good idea to try to bribe an officer, Soriano upped the offer to $3,000.
